About Us

Fifteen years ago, working in the corporate space and traveling hundreds of days a year, we decided we needed a change. So we took a chance on ourselves and embarked on a new career in real estate development.

We spent a year learning about the business; how to acquire, finance, build and manage home renovations. Then, in 2012 we purchased our first project, a bank owned home outside of Boston. It was a gut rehab that needed everything; new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, structural repairs, doors + windows, siding, roofing, kitchen, baths- the works. We learned, made mistakes, developed relationships (many of which we maintain to this day) learned a bunch more, and eventually finished the home, which received multiple offers and sold in the first week on-market.

After 20 projects and counting, we are proudly small-scale and detail driven. We take on one build at a time, and devote ourselves fully to it. We imagine that our family will move in to every home we complete.
